Re the message below... I am sitting here just sort of going - WOW. I have comcast and bring you own to AOL. Have contacted comcast for assistance and have had really good folks to assist me. They have been patient, willing to hang in there while I followed their directions, etc. Do you suppose service quality varies by area, region, or something. I am in the Dallas, Texas area.
