It is slower in some regions that it is in others. The service person who came to my house said in some places you get someone around in a day or two, in Atlanta it is usually 4 to 5 days. He also told me that sometimes when the service is running slow the techs haven't been told so they tell you there's something wrong with your computer when there isn't. I know 4 to 5 days doesn't sound like a long time when you're young and have a life but when you're old and handicapped and the computer and modem are your lifeline to the rest of the world, it seems like a very long time.
