The last time I asked to speak to another person I was told "This conversation will be discontinued if you aren't cooperative and a note will be attached to your file to that effect." This is the way it is in the real world. I've had a problem with connectivity for over two months, talked to numerous techs, had someone to the house, and it still continues. Consider yourself extraordinarily lucky.
