Today's Ancestry Weekly Journal was garbled. I receive it in html version on AOL 9.0 Security Edition SE Revision 4184.5314. Several weeks ago, I received a e-mail which was also garbled but not a newsletter. I called AOL rep, he told me it was a problem with my Sony ... gave me their number and said I needed to download a new driver. I haven't bothered to call Sony since I'm pretty sure AOL was passing the buck. Thanks for all the time and effort you're putting into this problem, we do appreciate you! Gail Vacaville, CA
