The latest RWR (vol. 9, #27) came to me this morning in an encoded format. Per Myra Gormley (see below), this seems to be a problem with AOL's handling of base64 encoding. Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a solution? FWIW, I just downloaded and installed an AOL connectivity update. Could this have changed some setting in my AOL? This hasn't happened with any previous issues of RWR, which I have been receiving at my AOL address for several years. Wilson DeCamp Leesburg, VA In a message dated 7/7/2006 10:24:22 A.M. The problem seems to be with its conversion to base64 encoding and it appears to happen only to those who are AOL subscribers. note the base64 encoding.
