I don't understand what is means and maybe someone can help me with it. It is a little lengthly tho. I appreciate all the help and advice from this site. Thank you so much. Pat. Here it is: Macromedia Flash Player Security has stopped a potentially unsafe operation. The following local application on your computer network: mad:\\636928A9-944D-4AB8-8857-C9D638B5ECCC\default.html is trying to communicate with this internet-enabled location: twx.2mdn.net To let this application communicate with the internet, click settings. You must restart the application after changing your settings. I have never seen this before and again, I thank you for any assistance you can give me. I got the same message this morning also, for the first time. I have Macromedia Flash Player on my computer but I did not know about the Security part. Lloyd I received the same message, and also there are no ads flashing at the bottom of the AOL Welcome screen, but there is an ad on the bottom of my e-mail screen. Betty
