Wilson- No--this has nothing to do with AOL's connectivity software--something has changed on the sending end with the RWR--or something that was included in this specific issue of the RWR caused the problem. The RWR is not normally sent with base64 encoding. Whatever it is is the same thing that sometimes causes AOLers to receive digest messages encoded like this too. Joan
