Some 10 days or so ago, I posted about my problems with AOL etc. We decided it had to be the computer (CPU undersized for all this stuff we now have), so we were fortunate that we had another computer and just switched the DSL line to it. Everything is working fine now. Unfortunately, it's a lap top and I don't like working on a lap top, but it certainly is easier than the problems I was having with the other computer and AOL.
