I went to AOL's bizarre "help", both icon and keyword, and they took me out on a web search and came up with off-site results. I chatted with a tech, and he said that, to provide feedback to AOL, one must enter "FEEDBACK HELP" (that is TWO words, less quotes). Nothing else works. That's pretty doggoned illogical.
