I'm trying to ascertain how many of you received today's Ancestry Weekly Journal garbled (just like last week's RootsWeb Review). I've been in touch with both Myra Gormley (about the RWR) and Juliana Smith (about the Ancestry Weekly Journal). Juliana asked me to ask AOL subscribers the following questions (please post your replies to this list where we can gather the information needed to troubleshoot the problem). Tell us whether or not you received the Journal today in a garbled form and also please let us know the answers to the following questions: 1) Do you receive a plain text or html version of the newsletter? 2) What version of AOL are you using? Juliana also informed me that: you can access a readable version in the Ancestry.com Library at: http://www.ancestry.com/learn/library/article.aspx?article=dailynews (Note: I am aware that the photographs are missing, but they will be rolled later today. They are available on the blog at: http://blogs.ancestry.com/circle/) Thanks for any input to help resolve the problem. Joan, admin
