If you click on the Manage button at the bottom of the My Favorite Places window, you can save your favorites to your computer.......... Or follow the direction below: Copy or Transfer Favorite Places There may come a time when you will want to copy or transfer your Favorite Places to another screen name, another computer, or even another service. Copy and Paste Favorite Places to Another Program......... If you wish to copy hyperlinks or Web addresses from your AOL® Favorite Places and transfer them to another program, you will need to use the copy and paste option. To copy the hyperlinks from your AOL Favorite Places to another program: 1. Sign on to AOL, click Favorites, then click Favorite Places to launch the Favorite Places window. Note: For AOL 9.0 or higher, click the Favorites button. 2. Right-click an entry, then select Edit. 3. Highlight the website address in the Enter the Internet Address box, right-click, then select Copy. 4. Open the destination program, right-click the location where you would like to paste the address, then click Paste. 5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each favorite you wish to transfer. Then there is the AOL Favorites Plus: AOL Favorites Plus is a Web application that allows you to access your Favorite Places from any computer. In addition, it has some exciting features like Automatic Suggestion, Quick Find Feature, Automatic in-line display of headlines, Import Favorites, and Drag-n-drop Bookmarks.
