There are about 25 to 30 emails saved under "incoming saved mail" that show a straight line instead of the subject and sender. I can open some of the emails to read, some say "That mail is not currently available." I do not remember saving the ones that I was able to open I thought perhaps something was going wrong when I was saving emails, so I saved a few and they were saved like they normally would. Any ideas? Or is this one of those strange, unexplainable things that happen? Thanks ------------------------- Judy, Did you have your preferences set to "Retain all mail I read in my Saved Mail Folder"? If so, that might account for their being there and you not remember actively saving them. Since the subject line and sender are just a line and the mail is not currently available, I would expect both of those to resolve at the same time. When the mail becomes available, the subject and sender will be shown. Remember, the mail kept in the default 'Saved Mail' file is under the control, to some degree, of AOL. Sharon
