Called tech support, they said disc was probably corrupt, so uninstall and get a new disc and reinstall. Did that, but now get a message that computer language is not compatible with the disc language. Techs say that something is wrong with the computer. Can anyone offer an opinion on what to do? Will I need some major work on my computer? I have a Dell computer with Windows XP, dial up connection. I had been using 6.0 AOL. Thanks Judy Judy- I gotta ask how you got on AOL today to send this message from AOL? When you could not "get on" AOL yesterday do you mean the program wouldn't load--you couldn't start the program or you couldn't get ONLINE once it was opened? If the former perhaps your software is corrupted or you do have a computer problem that needs attention, but if the latter you may just have had a temporary connectivity issue. Joan
