Hi, I saved some e-mails over the past 3 months to my PFC to different folders that I had previously established. However, yesterday when I opened the PFC ,I found that these appeared directly under Incoming Mail Saved rather than in the intended folder. When I clicked on these to open them, got message "that mail is not currently available." I tried again today and got the same message. Other saved mail that is actually in a folder is available. I have never backed up my filing cabinet so can I use the "restore" feature? Assuming that I can restore these files stored on the server, I have three questions: 1. If I restore my PFC, will I then be able to retrieve and read these e-mails? 2. My settings are to backup weekly so how can I tell the date of the latest backup? 3. If I do a restore, do I just get the latest backup or can I specify an "as of" date? Needless to say, I'm very frustrated with AOL today. Thanks, Sara
