Hi Joan I guess you might be right. I signed off and when got back to the computer there it was! However right now I moved it down as far as it will go so I only see a little of the top. That is easy enough. Other than a very recent midnight call to Comcast concerning getting bounced off (because of the squirrel) I have had none of the problems others talk about. Thus, I am not going to install it. I am always reluctant to install anything that is not necessary. Even more so since my totally disastrous experience below. The WARNING There is a really nifty mail program called IncrediMail. Very, very beautiful E-mail formats. My daughter has it, so I decided to install it. Saw my AOL mail in there and then I went to my AOL Mail Box. Always have 100s of post letters a day. Right in the middle of everything suddenly there was this English Butler w/a tray of mail standing in front of my AOL mail box. That is when I discovered that that program wants you to open and mail your mail in the IncrediMail program which is what my daughter does. I did not like this entire thing at all so I very carefully per their instructions uninstalled it. Then I went back to my AOL mail box and it was entirely empty of 400 plus letters which were of interest to me. This loss was more upsetting than you can even imagine. Called AOL tech. I found out that even though I had thought this program to be safe since I knew from my daughter that it had my AOL mail in it IncrediMail had not only erased my AOL mail in it's program, but also erased my AOL mail in AOL.. AOL tech said this IncrediMail mail is not affiliated w/AOL. To AOL's credit they tried to retrieve it. I had to wait 72 hours, but it was gone forever. The AOL tech could not give me the answer as to why this IncrediMail Company had my AOL mail in it in the first place. Even after I uninstalled the program an Icon to be used to go get my mail appeared every time I booted up. I kept deleting it. I did go to the IncrediMail site and sent a letter to their tech site concerning the loss of my mail. Thought maybe they could retrieve it. Would you believe that they never even bothered to answer it? However, after I sent that letter the desk top Icon never reappeared. I have not given up trying to find out why AOL mail is in any other program. Jeannie from OR :( In a message dated 7/6/2006 3:50:18 P.M. I asked the tech. It is the Keyword Help Feedback. I went there and there is a place to write. Jeannie from OR :) My guess is that eventually you will have to install it just to end the window telling you you need to do so. FWIW, I haven't had any ill effects as yet from installing it. Perhaps Sharon knows something about the reason it was needed? Joan
