Hi, Yesterday I could not get on to AOL. Called tech support, they said disc was probably corrupt, so uninstall and get a new disc and reinstall. Did that, but now get a message that computer language is not compatible with the disc language. Techs say that something is wrong with the computer. Can anyone offer an opinion on what to do? Will I need some major work on my computer? I have a Dell computer with Windows XP, dial up connection. I had been using 6.0 AOL. Thanks Judy
