Thank you to everybody who replied to my request for help on the above. I have found a small software program that will do exactly what I want. It will put all e-mail addresses, e-mail messages and favourites into Outlook Express in a usable format. The program costs a few British pounds but well worth every penny. It is brilliant and easy and quick to do. For me, it moved 654 e-mail addresses, 4,422 e-mail messages and 286 favourites. If anyone wants details of the website then please contact me off list.
