SOLUTION: Please contact the server administrator or hosting provider for additional assistance. ---- I've seen this error (recently) before and Andrew and I did a little test and proved what causes this--it IS an actual error in the formatting of the digests on RootsWeb's end. It has to do with dashes being used as separaters in the digests. RootsWeb is using too many dashes in the format of the digests. Why the bounces only occur for SOME lists' digests (only a few) I don't know--but please feel free to report the problem to the HelpDesk and note that Andrew did troubleshoot the issue and proved what the problem is, and passed it along to those staffers who will be replacing him after he leaves staff today. Apparently they have not fixed it yet. As a temporary solution--when you resub do so in LIST mode instead of digest until the problem is resolved. Joan
