I have not changed or upgraded a single thing on my pc. It has been the same for eons. If any change has been made, AOL made it and it was transparent to me. So how do I access the organize file through AOL? After you install the new version you need to move the folder off your desktop back into the new version of AOL in order to open it--you can't just open it from the desktop--you need to have it associated with (in) your AOL program in order to open the files...but rest assured they shouldn't be lost.
