I had saved all the instructions in an AOL folder, but alas that too has gone. ---- This sounds as though you upgraded AOL and when you uninstalled the old version the Organize folder was placed on your desktop as a part of the process. After you install the new version you need to move the folder off your desktop back into the new version of AOL in order to open it--you can't just open it from the desktop--you need to have it associated with (in) your AOL program in order to open the files...but rest assured they shouldn't be lost.
