Well, I had saved mail on my pc but found yesterday that all of it and all of the categories had disappeared. I had legal memos, insurance info, and my greatly valued genealogy mail saved. I think I read on here a while back that since it is saved on my pc that I can retrieve it. I tried clicking on it from the desktop, but get a Message that Windows cannot open the organize file. Can someone remind me how to find it. I had saved all the instructions in an AOL folder, but alas that too has gone. And I Think I have problems. They just showed on the news that when AOL employes went to work at the Jacksonville FL call center, they were called into a room and fired. They had no warning and are worried about their families and bills. Is this more work AOL has sent overseas? The reason they gave employees, according to the news, is that the firing was for financial reasons and the call center is being closed. Isn't that wonderful? Loyal employees go to work and without warning are fired?
