And another way to transfer favorites or ensure against their loss ... slowly but surely: 1. Create a new e-mail. 2. Drag each favorite into the new e-mail. (drop down one line after each "drag") 3. When complete, sent that e-mail back to yourself. Might even send a copy to a friend for safe keeping. Nice thing about this method is that they're all "clickable" in that e-mail. Opening Favorites and clicking on 'Manage' will create a file which requires AOL software to open the file. Your new ISP software will not be able to open it!!!! You can copy it one at a time by selecting a Favorite, clicking 'Edit' and copying and pasting the address to a e-mail form. Than you can print it or mail it to your new address. Time consuming but it works. E-mail addresses, open your address book, click on 'address book options' than choose the print option. Dave
