There are several methods of getting to your mailbox and possibly the top icon has become corrupted and you will need to use the other means of getting to your mail. Joan Thanks Joan .... I signed on my normal screen name , and My top mail box just has little boxes down the side ... no date , subject . or address... My top bar says I have 768 mails and my box on the mailbox and bottom bar say 426. also when I try to sign in with my normal screen name .... not as a guest I get a message that a o l has an error that they will try to correct ... On the guest screen I can read my mail but cannot search , and my mail waiting to be sent will not come up ... oh my I desperately need to send some mail that I have waiting to be sent ... How do I fix this corrupt file ..???? do i need to download a o l again ..... ??? thanks Joan
