When it asks if I want to download now, I usually say no, as I have already downloaded when I read it. Now, however, when I go back and want to look at something saved on my pc folder, I cannot get it to download. I know I probably have it saved somewhere else, but I just wondered if there is a setting so it would download and/or open again?? Thanks!!! Terri Terri- Unless you are using "automatic AOL" you are not downloading mail to read it when you use your AOL email program--you are reading it on AOL's server. The system AOL uses is IMAP rather than the more conventional POP3 where you actually do download your mail to your computer to read it. Of course, I'm assuming you don't have your mail program set to save all incoming mail to your PC and that you are choosing to selectively save individual messages. The "download now" option is for attachments though--not for email. Unless you say YES to download the attachments they are not going to your computer and they are being lost. If you do download them they go to My Documents by default. Joan
