Every once in a while when I log onto AOL, after going through to step 7, verify password, it goes back to step 2 & says "connecting TCP/IP". Then the connection stops. I have to click on cancel which puts me back to the log on screen & then it zips through quickly & I get online. Can someone explain this to me? I'm using dial-up & 9.0 Security Edition SE.
