BogusWoody@aol.com writes: Joan, OK then, my copy of the version is apparently corrupted, because "create folder" etc is definitely greyed out on mine and not available. More wierd stuff: From www.aol.com, I created new "IN" and "SENT" folders. I used the web mail site to transfer e-mails from the general folder to the "IN" folder that I created. Here's the wierd part: I go back into my regular AOL 9, and my "Saved on AOL" shows only the one "Saved on AOL" folder, and the "IN" and "SENT" folders that I created while using web mail do not show up. And all mail shows up in that general "Saved on AOL" folder. Arrggh!!! Looks like I need to reinstall AOL 9 and hope for the best if I want to take full advantage of the "Saved on AOL" features. Woody +++++++++++++++++++++++ UPDATE: Yup, my AOL 9 Optimized on my desktop is corrupted "or something". I fired up my old Win98 laptap with dialup, AOL 9.0 Security Edition. On that, the subfolders IN and SENT I created in "Saved on AOL" show up like they're supposed to. And the "Setup folders" for "Saved on AOL" is active. Again, thanks for letting me know that it is possible to add subfolders in "Saved on AOL". Now I gotta reinstall AOL 9.0 so that I can. Woody
