SHARON, I hate to tell you your wrong but that is exactly what happened to all my files saved in 'save on my PC'; all my managed mail; old mail; mail sent and entire mail box with over 300 emails yet to answer...... just last month! AOL couldn't tell me anything about it.The only way I got anything to work and get back on line was to reload 9.0 again. KC(~,~)
