Is that the way aol works or is there a setting I can change to make the original disappear when I click save. ---------- Lloyd, No, there is no setting where you can make the original disappear when you click save. In fact, if you are saving to the AOL default folder on your PC, then when you click delete, the mail in that default folder on your PC is supposed to be deleted as well. This was set up this way because many AOLers have their settings to 'Retain all mail I read in my Saved Mail Folder.' Then any spam that they had opened would get saved to their Saved Mail Folder and they wanted to be able to only click once to delete it from both their PC and their inbox. You should be able to click on the Next arrow at the bottom of each email to move on to the next email with no trouble. Sharon
