I have a friend that has been trying to e-mail me some information for over a week. She sends it to me and then receives the message that my address is not a valid e-mail address. She receives my e-mails just fine. I contacted the technical people on line yesterday and the person told me that AOL has a hard time processing comcast e-mails at times. She ask for my friend's e-mail address so that she could contact her about the problem. I sort of resent this because I think that this is an AOL problem that they should solve and not my friend. Have any of you experienced this problem and what did you do about it?
I've had a broadband cable connection since @home.com was the provider in this area... I've never had problems sending mail to anyone, ever... My guess is that something has changed at AOL that doesn't work with Comcast... PS, I'm sending a BBC to DLGMC to see what happens... -----Original Message----- From: DLGMC@aol.com [mailto:DLGMC@aol.com] Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 2:53 AM To: AOLers-RootsWeb-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [AOL-RW] Comcast and AOL I have a friend that has been trying to e-mail me some information for over a week.
