I don't want them. Worse, his family tree loads every time I go to ancestry. I've asked him to remove me but he doesn't. What can I do? === Pat & List, I looked for a better answer and found a little help. On Ancestry Home Page, at the BOTTOM RIGHT there is a link "Customize this page". >From there, you can MOVE the various boxes around --- example, move My Trees from the top to all the way to the bottom (or somewhere in-between). At least you won't have to SEE it every time because it will be below the page "fold" so to speak. Your search box would be at the top. There's a link at the top to this: How can I customize my home page? (quoted)You can rearrange the sections on your home page by clicking the "Customize this page" button at the bottom right of the page. Move the sections up and down by dragging them to the desired location or by using the up and down arrows. When you are finished, click "Save changes". How can I access my older Online Family Trees or People I'm Looking For? members who have Online Family trees or People I'm Looking For can find links to these sections at the bottom–right corner of the home page under Other Links. (end quote) Maybe go through "people I'm looking for" and delete the surname you share with the other guy. There has got to be a way to UN-link from someone's tree! If all else fails, call them.
