For those that want to see what we are talking about...... 1) look to the right-hand side of the mailbox page. 2) find small, tiny arrow in the middle of the right side. 3) click on it. You have opened Quick Read. 4) click on same arrow to close. 5) the double arrows in the area to the left of the Quick Read window is for changing the size of the Quick Read pane.
