Hi Joan I've mentioned this on the list before - there are some AOL "benefits" available to customers in the US that aren't available to UK AOLers. This has been the situation since AOL sold its UK operation to a UK company called the Carphone Warehouse. If I remember rightly, there is some free security or anti-virus software available to US AOLers that we can't get in the UK - and if we try to go to the relevant AOL page, we get precisely the message that Tricia describes. Hence, on this occasion, I don't think that Tricia need worry if she is in the UK. Best wishes.
