I have Ancestry in my Favorites twice. One click takes me to the general search page but, since I am doing a lot of English research in the 1851 census at the moment, I have another Favorite that takes me directly to the 1851 search screen. I have not had Ancestry direct me to anywhere other than these places when I use these Favorites. So, I suggest you get to the page you would like as your opening page on Ancestry, and make that your Favorite. One click and you should be there.
