First, you can block that person's email address...maybe he/she will get the hint. As for someone else's family tree loading when you log on to Ancestry, I have the same problem, and no one in that particular family tree is in my database. I still haven't solved that annoying problem. The best suggestion I have is to email/call Ancestry and enlist their help.
