    1. Re: [AOL-RW] No where else to complain
    2. Judy- It doesn't do that for me. However, if I click the red x to close the AOL program it minimized ALL programs I had running and they no longer appear on the bottom left of the VISTA taskbar. Yikes! The first time that happened to me I thought closing AOL had actually CLOSED ALL programs I had running. I soon learned that the programs were still running but I had to click (or double click--forget which now) the icon on the taskbar on the right next to the clock to get them to pop back up and reappear on the left side of the task bar as a running program. I'm in the habit of clicking on the link in the lower left taskbar to bring the program i want to the front--but this totally baffled me that that they had all disappeared just because I closed out AOL. Now I know to use the File Close or exit to close out the AOL program and that leaves my other programs where I want them. I do NOT have the problem with AOL trying to restart though--I think you need to check to be sure you don't have a box marked off someplace in your settings that tells AOL to reconnect when closed. I'm not sure where that might be--but I think there is a box in the settings someplace. Joan In a message dated 8/19/2008 1:34:38 A.M.
