Hi Julee, For years I have copied and pasted what I wanted to keep into new files and saved them on my PC or on a floppy. That way, I have them at home. Saving a backup elsewhere is a good idea too. I use gmail for that. By doing it on my puter I only save the parts of the email that interest me along with the posters addy and the date. - It's easy to print from here too.
