Cynthia- This happens when a spammer forges "spoofs" your email address to send spam. You can just delete it or report it as spam -- but I'm always leery or reporting spam that comes allegedly from you. I'm not sure I trust that anyone would take the time to sort through headers to find the actual sender. In Internet slang this type of spammer action is called a "Joe job."
