gmail does an excellent job with sending mail. I've had very few List bounces (our Admin for 1 county forwards the item to the list & it shows as a bounced one). To get a copy of your sent mail, add your name as CC or BCC. Yes, I know that doesn't prove it got to a List, but using CC does help sanity (did I send that? or did I forget?)
