I was trying over and over to make some plane reservations on American Airlines. I kept getting a message that the service wasn't available. I finally contacted their website representative and they told me to switch browsers and sure enough it went thru. I like AOL but I don't want to have to switch browsers every time I can't get something to go thru. Anyone else have this experience.
