When you try to reply or forward mail -- are the REPLY and FORWARD icons grayed out and unusable? Also, any attachments are not downloadable. If this sounds like what you are experiencing, I think your email program has become corrupted and you would probably need to do a clean install of the software to fix it. This happened to me for no apparent reason on my old laptop. I never did find an easy solution to the problem. The mail appears correctly if you go to AOL's webmail.
