I leave one single site between the files so that I can move another file towards the top- you can also name files you use a lot with a 1 in front of them. If there is an alpha ability on another list like on your puter files, this will throw that file automatically to the top group. I tend to do my filing in favs with the ones I use most at the top instead of strictly alpha. Fran ************** Looking for simple solutions to your real-life financial challenges?
