This bounce would indicate that the address you sent the message to is NOT a valid Comcast address: [email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected]) .. BUT--if you are positive the address IS valid and you can get mail through to her at this address that is not a forward or reply then the ONLY other explanation is that she has spam filters set to refuse mail that is being forwarded or that is a reply. Nothing else would explain that bounce reason of "Not our Customer." That comcast address is NOT subscribed to the IRL-CLARE list so I'm unable to check the address on the subscriber list.
