I know this is an old topic but the "new" welcome page has just now started appearing periodically when I get online. I'm using AOL 9.0VR, by the way. When the new welcome page does appear, then about 3 minutes later I am disconnected (I have dial-up). There are also webpages that won't load that I have no trouble with otherwise.
