If you find a webpage has not loaded then press the refresh button, or f5 (function key 5) until it does load. Be patient it may take up to 5 presses. Contact AOL live help to explain your problems and copy the correspondence at regular intervals, or when they seem to be losing their rag, then you can save it into word and or reconnect and post the dialogue back to them when they ask what the problems.
