HI you two great helpers, evidentially we had a power loss unknown to me, when it happened I lost much of my PFC file. Along with lots of stuff I lost all the printed info in my mailbox when the mail opens. With the help of a great couple techs who were both available as soon as I went to aol tech support, I was back up running the next day. I did however lose everything in my Personal Filing cabinet. Thanks for trying to help me Woody, you both are great. I by the way recommend everyone use the computer cleanup that AOL supplies, I found it really helped when I clicked on fast start up...wow what a difference. If I'm correct about what they are seeing, the DETAILS link also will not work--it is impossible to view the headers if the mail is corrupted.
