Woody- I may be wrong but I don't think that is what the poster is saying. I think they are saying that when they view the incoming mail in the inbox it only shows the icon for the incoming mail but not the from address or the subject. If I'm correct about what they are seeing, the DETAILS link also will not work--it is impossible to view the headers if the mail is corrupted. Joan In a message dated 10/17/2008 1:29:37 A.M.
