When you get to the Mail and Spam Controls, you will need to click on the Content Filter at the bottom of the window. Make sure that neither of the two filters are selected there. and then be sure to click on SAVE! There is one other place to check and that is in your mail options. The button for that is at the top right-hand side of your Mailbox window. Set mail preferences is the choice you want to select.
