I live in the midwest, in Indiana. I wonder whether geographic location makes a difference. Maybe Comcast is better in some areas than others. I have never had a problem with Comcast and AOL so I am guessing when I hear someone say they are having problems that it is likely the service in that particular area. There are times when AOL does not receive mail from either Comcast or Hotmail. I accuse my cherubs of ignoring me when I write and they insist they did and in fact forward me a copy of what got returned to them.
