I agree. I see Pat stated "in the mailbox" by name. I've spent too many hours redoing AOL web pages into new sites. My old AOL sites are playing funeral dirges as background music until their Final End. I think they are saying that when they view the incoming mail in the inbox it only shows the icon for the incoming mail but not the from address or the subject. If I'm correct about what they are seeing, the DETAILS link also will not work--it is impossible to view the headers if the mail is corrupted. Click on that and it should open up to show the subj, date, etc. I don't know if going up to the top bar and clicking "Window" and telling it to "Remember settings" while one can see the subj, date, etc, will help or not, but one can try that.
