    2. AOL have been introducing changes to permit the use do dialbb. Without telling you they have changed your user name and password for routers which mean they cannot connect properly initially and then cannot connect at all. Incidentally the password and username that they claim not to know for your unsupported router is admin and admin and finding your IP address is the same for whatever router you are using. AOL CAN talk you through what you have to do and you do not have to contact the makers of your ROUTER to re-configure it for you. Took me less than 5 minutes to do it all on my own this morning without any help from anyone but then I am just a very patronised female! AOL have taken livehelp offline until Monday which again coincidentally is the date by which they expect the new system to have stabilised. Don't forget to back up your email using the back-up procedure livehelp claims does not exist! :-; (tongue-in-cheek) I wouldn't want to give anyone wicked ideas but if Alain Meric, Director of Customer services, AOL gets enough complaints he may get the message. You can find his contact details via _www.google.com_ (http://www.google.com) at something like naymz

    3. I also reconfigured my router on the advice of live help. The first time no change so I was given a further user name and password. Guess what? Yes still no better. I am getting dial up speeds on broadband,. 2008/7/31 <[email protected]> > AOL have been introducing changes to permit the use do dialbb.
